Fitch Even attorney Shane Delsman has been appointed Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Committee for the 2012-13 bar year.
This committee focuses on federal and state litigation and the administration of laws relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and unfair trade practices. It holds monthly programs and discussions on current developments in these areas for intellectual property law practitioners as well as for general practitioners interested in IP issues.
Mr. Delsman focuses his practice primarily on IP litigation, particularly on behalf of plaintiffs in trademark, unfair competition, and patent lawsuits. He also regularly assists clients in a variety of industries with patent prosecution and opinion counseling.
