Dr. Julius Tabin Memorialized in Chicago and San Diego Publications

Three articles reporting the August 25 passing of longtime Fitch Even name partner Dr. Julius Tabin have recently been published in the print and online editions of Chicago and San Diego newspapers.On August 28, the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin published an article recounting Dr. Tabin's career as a storied physicist and well-regarded lawyer. The article, "Atomic Energy Protector Dies at Age 92," features remembrances of Dr. Tabin related by Fitch Even partners John F. Flannery, James J. Schumann, and Joseph T. Nabor.
The Chicago Tribune printed a news story titled "JuliusTabin, 1919 - 2012" in their Sunday edition on September 2, discussing Dr. Tabin's work over several decades and also including quotes from Mr. Schumann.On September 5, San Diego-based publication The Daily Transcript ran an article on Dr. Tabin's achievements, highlighting his work with notable West Coast clients. Mr Schumann again shared reflections on his longtime friend and colleague in this story, titled "Famed Physicist, Attorney Tabin Dies at 92."
The Tabin family has confirmed that a memorial service for Dr. Tabin will be held on November 10 at a location still to be determined.
