Fitch Even Partner Joseph Nabor Speaks at Loyola Law School

On October 23, 2012, Fitch Even partner Joseph T. Nabor participated in a panel of lawyers belonging to the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC) who spoke to students at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. 

Mr. Nabor and his IPLAC colleagues, moderated by Loyola Professor Cynthia Ho, discussed “A Day in the Life of an IP(LAC) Attorney—And How to Get There,” sharing insight on the role and responsibilities of an IP lawyer and advice on pursuing IP law as a career.

Mr. Nabor has been the chair of Fitch Even's Trademark and Copyright practice group since 1989. He has extensive experience in trademark prosecution, both domestic and international, and is a highly sought-after litigator. In addition, he regularly counsels clients on brand development strategies including securing trademark rights throughout the world. Mr. Nabor also assists his clients in the enforcement and protection of rights developed under the copyright laws of all international jurisdictions.
