Fitch Even Partner Tom Lebens Speaks at AIPLA 2015 Annual Meeting

On October 22, 2015, Fitch Even partner Thomas F. Lebens spoke during the American Intellectual Property Association (AIPLA) 2015 Annual Meeting, at a joint program presented by the AIPLA Trade Secret Law Committee and Emerging Technologies Committee.
In his session, Tom addressed “Legal Issues in Cybersecurity.” He discussed corporate standard of care, working with regulatory agencies, working with law enforcement, detection and response, liabilities, and privilege considerations.
Tom currently serves as Co-Chair of the Cybersecurity and Privacy Subcommittee of the AIPLA Trade Secret Law Committee.
