We are aggressively seeking to increase our diversity in all ranks of FETF. The firm's Diversity Initiative Committee is charged with the responsibility of enhancing the hiring, retention, development, promotion and leadership of minority and women lawyers. This committee includes representation from FETF's executive committee and the its minority and women attorneys.
