Diversity Policy
At Fitch Even Tabin & Flannery®, we believe that increasing the diversity at our
firm enhances our ability to serve our clients and society more effectively and with greater creativity and
innovation. We believe that increasing our diversity assists us in living up to the trust placed in us to
serve our clients and society with competence and integrity. Accordingly, we are committed to diversity in
all ranks of Fitch Even, including diversity in race, sex, age, religion, national origin, physical ability or
sexual orientation.
It is the policy of Fitch Even to increase the employment,
retention and advancement of minority and women lawyers and staff. It is our policy to foster a work

minority and women lawyers to develop rewarding business relationships, success, and leadership within our

We are aggressively seeking to increase our diversity in all ranks of Fitch Even. The
firm's Diversity Initiative Committee is charged with the responsibility of enhancing the hiring, retention,
development, promotion and leadership of minority and women lawyers. This committee includes representation
from Fitch Even's executive committee and its minority and women attorneys.
