On February 13, Steve Favakeh participated in the weekly breakfast organized by the Rotary Club of Chicago-Far North. Mr. Favakeh, a partner of the firm, gave a presentation regarding intellectual property, including discussions ranging from what constitutes patentable subject matter to interviewing examiners at the PTO Office to convince them of the patentability of an invention. Chicago's club is a branch of Rotary International, a worldwide organization of business and professionals gathering 1.2 million members from 200 countries, and encouraging high ethical standards in business, and helping to build goodwill and peace in the world. Rotary Club of Chicago-Far North serves Rogers Park, West Ridge, Andersonville, Edgewater, Uptown, and other surrounding neighborhoods.
