On February 6, 2007, Fitch Even participated in the annual Team Shakespeare Gala. The fundraiser was organized in support of Chicago Shakespeare Theater's Arts-in-Education program for students and teachers. Team Shakespeare was introduced in 1991 and has reached almost one million students and teachers offering a unique on-site collection of teaching and reference materials. The program features free teachers' workshop and provides them with the instruments to help effective teaching of Shakespeare's plays.
