Nikki Little, Steve Parmelee, and Joshua Smith (the latter shown at the right in the accompanying photo) of Fitch Even recently served as Special Awards Judges for the Chicago Intellectual Property Alliance at the 59th Annual Chicago Public Schools Student Science Fair at Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry. Fitch Even partner Steve Parmelee serves as a co-chairman of CIPA’s Science Fair Committee and explains, “We are here to help identify and recognize the three ‘most inventive’ student entries, with the winners receiving plaques and cash awards.” First place in this category also receives, through CIPA, free assistance with filing a patent application.
