On June 2, 2008, Partner Tom Lebens was appointed by the National President of the American Youth Soccer Organization ("AYSO"), Michael Wade. AYSO is a not-for-profit youth development association with premier regional programs throughout the United States, in which one million members participate, including more than 700,000 children and 250,000 adults. AYSO's legal affairs are conducted exclusively by the Legal Commission of the AYSO National Board of Directors with the support of outside legal counsel.
