Fitch Even Once Again Recognized in Annual Super Lawyers Survey

January 17, 2009

Several Fitch Even attorneys were recognized by the Law & Politics magazine with the Super Lawyer designation in 2009. Law & Politics employs a rigorous, multiphase selection process involving peer nominations and evaluations, combined with third party research on twelve indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement (additional details available at www.superlawyers.com). The objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel. No more than 5 percent of attorneys in the State of Illinois were selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers.

John Flannery, Tim Maloney and Karl Fink were chosen in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation; and Mark Hetzler in the area of Intellectual Property.

We are also pleased to announce that six of the firm’s attorneys were chosen as Rising Stars by the same organization, a distinction given to only 2.5 percent of intellectual property attorneys in Illinois under the age of 40. Congratulations to Mark Borsos, Sarah Walkington, Jon Birmingham, Edward Clair, Nick Peters and Calista Mitchell for earning the Rising Star distinction.
