May 1, 2009 Fitch Even is pleased to introduce John Naber as a new partner in the firm’s Washington, DC office. John recently was a partner in the Washington, DC office of Dickinson Wright PLLC, where he focused on patent drafting and prosecution as well as intellectual property litigation-related matters, mergers and acquisitions. John has a B.S. in Biology and M.S. in Human Genetics/Microbiology from the University of Cincinnati, and a J.D. with Distinction from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He has authored and co-authored several publications covering topics of genetics, chromosomal abnormalities, neonatal studies, and other related matters, and has been active in several professional associations. John also has a strong history of experience in the machine tool and automotive industries and services several clients in these areas of technology internationally. Regarding his new start at Fitch Even, John commented that “My transition to Fitch Even has been seamless for both my clients and me. The firm has 150 years of experience managing domestic and foreign IP dockets. This, not surprisingly, has resulted in an efficient and well managed firm, with efficient and well managed systems to accommodate a full range of IP clients.” Fitch Even acknowledges John’s longstanding record of professional achievement and service to clients and the IP community, and welcomes the addition of his experience and skills to the firm. |
