On May 15, 2008, Partner Phil Petti co-coordinated a three hour program on the basics of investigations and litigation in the International Trade Commission at the Spring Meeting of the American Intellectual Property Association in Houston, Texas. The program featured speakers from the ITC, the ITC's Office of Unfair Import Investigations, and private practioners. Phil frequently appears before the ITC, has organized and presented many educational programs for the AIPLA, and is Chair of the AIPLA's IP Law Associations Committee.
