Fitch Even client, Software Restore Solutions, LLC has filed suit to enforce U.S. Patent No. 5,832,511 against twenty-six software application vendors. The ‘511 patent relates to software fault detection and repair technology that enables software applications to automatically diagnose and fix problems with their set-up configuration for more stable and reliable operation. The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
