Fitch Even Welcomes Edward Gray as Newest Partner

Fitch Even is pleased to announce that Edward W. Gray, Jr., formerly of Morrison & Foerster, LLP has joined the firm effective the beginning of July. Ed is located at FETF's Washington, DC office.

Ed's many years of experience include private practice, various in-house roles (including having served in Vice Presidential roles at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company and Federal-Mogul), and government service (including having served in the Senior Executive Service at the U.S. General Accounting Office for the President's Commission on Executive Exchange). Licensed in the District of Columbia, Illinois, and California, his practice includes intellectual property evaluation and strategy, trade secret programs, corporate technology management, licensing, patent strategy, trademark prosecution, and IP litigation.

A well-published and frequent speaker, Ed participates in many IP organizations. Ed is President-Elect of the National Inventors Hall of Fame and is Counsel to the National Knowledge and Intellectual Property Management Taskforce, a division of the Center for Advanced Technology in Austin, Texas. Ed is an AV peer-reviewed rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for attorney competence and integrity.
