On June 25th, Fitch Even partner Nancy Vensko participated as panelist in the program The Fundamentals Essentials: Patents organized by the National Council of Entrepreneurial Tech Transfer. This segment was part of an 11 hour webinar course designed to guide research professionals through various intellectual property issues that are essential to understand in the course of their work.

Ms. Vensko is a partner residing in the San Luis Obispo, California office of Fitch Even. She concentrates on advising clients about product clearance and due diligence projects, and conducting infringement, inventorship, and patentability analyses. Ms. Vensko’s practice also involves patent preparation and prosecution in the US and internationally, handling patent interference and opposition matters, and providing strategic intellectual property advice in the biotechnology area.
