Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery is pleased to announce that Alice C. Su has joined our Chicago office as an associate. Alice’s intellectual property law experience includes patent prosecution, patent litigation, IP licensing, and client counseling in the areas of patentability, validity, and infringement.
During her past several years of practice, Alice has worked with clients in the food processing, mechanical device, biotechnology, automotive, and agricultural industries, among others. She has advised both U.S. and global clients on IP strategy and settlement negotiations.
Alice earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. During law school she served as an extern for the Northern District of Illinois and the Circuit Court of Cook County.
