IP Alert: New Rules for Patent Appeals

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has posted final rules for prosecuting appeals before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences in ex parte appeals. Fitch Even attorneys are reviewing the rules and will post comments in the near future.
