On April 29, Fitch Even partner Nikki Little moderated a virtual “fireside chat” presented by Chicago Women in IP (“ChiWIP”). During this program, attorney and DE&I strategist Lizzy Diaz-Ortiz of BMO Harris Bank discussed her commitment to diversity, the common errors companies and law firms often make when trying to address DE&I issues, and tips that can be implemented by all to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
