Fitch Even partner Jon A. Birmingham has been chosen for inclusion on the 2012 Southern California Super Lawyers--Rising Stars list. This honor is reserved for those lawyers either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less, who have shown excellence in practice. No more than 2.5 percent of Southern California lawyers are named to this list.
Mr. Birmingham was previously selected for inclusion in Illinois Super Lawyers--Rising Stars from 2008 through 2011, while he was practicing in Fitch Even’s Chicago office.
Super Lawyers, published by the Legal Division of Thomas Reuters, selects attorneys using a rigorous multiphase rating process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check. The objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for lawyers and consumers searching for legal counsel.
