Fitch Even Attorney Alisa Simmons Published in ABA Landslide Magazine

An article written by Fitch Even attorney Alisa C. Simmons is featured in the November/December 2012 issue of Landslide magazine, published by the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law.

In her article, “Trademark Dilution Developments from the TTAB,” Alisa discusses recent decisions of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) that found specific brands were considered famous marks under the Trademark Dilution Revision Act and how these decisions offer insight into how other brand owners may be able to prove a likelihood of dilution.
