Fitch Even partner Karl R. Fink will serve as guest lecturer at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, on May 8, 2014, as part of a graduate-level engineering course on Technology Innovation and Commercialization. Karl will present a practical introduction to intellectual property law and patents, providing real-world case studies that demonstrate how patents can protect the intellectual property of businesses.
Offered by NU’s Department of Mechanical Engineering, the course is taught by Dr. Chang Liu, Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering and Director of the NU MedX Lab.
