Fitch Even partner Kendrew H. Colton will serve as a judge in the semi-final round of the Niagara International Moot Court Competition taking place on Saturday, February 21, 2015, in Washington, D.C.
The competition is administered by the Canada-United States Law Institute (CUSLI) and is open to teams from all law schools in Canada and the U.S. Participating teams address a hypothetical dispute affecting the Canada-U.S. relationship before the International Court of Justice.
CUSLI is a binational, not-for-profit, multidisciplinary entity created jointly in 1976 by Case Western Reserve University School of Law and the Faculty of Law, University of Western Ontario. CUSLI serves as a forum where the respective governments, business communities, legal professionals, academics, nongovernmental organizations, and the media explore and address the issues confronting the Canada-U.S. relationship.
