Fitch Even managing partner Timothy P. Maloney will be a featured speaker during the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law’s 30th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference, taking place on March 25–27, 2015, in Bethesda, Maryland.
Tim will be a member of a panel discussing “Is the Patent Sky Falling? A Candid Review of Recent Supreme Court Decisions and Their Impact on U.S. Patent Litigation.” The Hon. Paul R. Michel, Former Chief of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, will also be a panelist. The program will provide an overview of the Supreme Court's latest patent decisions and will examine how the district courts and the Federal Circuit have interpreted those opinions.
