In the article, “Mentors, Sponsors, and Dismissing the ‘Mean Girl’ Mentality: Finding Success as a Woman in IP,” Nikki discusses the important roles that mentors and sponsors play in a woman lawyer’s career and how to leverage these relationships and others on the pathway to success.

Nikki focuses her law practice primarily on patent litigation, participating in cases involving product applications including lighting fixtures and circuitry, garage door systems, industrial equipment, tools, stored value card systems, and computer software applications. In addition, she has notable experience in patent prosecution, licensing, and clearance and opinion work. Nikki also counsels clients on the IP issues that arise in corporate advertising, marketing, and promotions.
