Fitch Even Partner Paul Henkelmann to Moderate Panel at Chicago-Kent PTAB Conference

On October 20, Fitch Even partner Paul B. Henkelmann will moderate a panel during a conference on “The Power of PTAB: The New Authority in Patent Law," presented by Chicago-Kent College of Law at their campus in Chicago. Fitch Even is a sponsor of the conference.
The conference will examine the rise of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board as it continues to preside over an ever-increasing number of inter parte reviews. Paul’s panel will discuss “Reasonable Error Correction or Death Squads — Is the PTAB’s Invalidation Rate Too High or Just Right?”
