Fitch Even Law Clerk Evan Kline-Weeden and Teammate Brittany Kaplan Place First in National INTA Moot Court Competition

Fitch Even law clerk Evan Kline-Wedeen and his Chicago-Kent College of Law teammate, Brittany Kaplan, took top honors during the national finals of the INTA Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition, held March 17 at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C. In addition to placing first overall, Evan and Brittany won best oral argument and took second place for brief. Among the other finalists, the University of California Berkeley School of Law team finished in second place overall and the UCLA School of Law team earned second place for oral argument.

Fitch Even partner Joseph T. Nabor was also in attendance at the finals, in his role as the current National Committee Chair of the Lefkowitz Competition.
