ITC Section 337 Disputes

Our depth and experience in handling complex, fast-moving, and high-stakes trials help us successfully litigate disputes brought in the United States International Trade Commission (ITC). ITC litigation can be a fast-moving alternative to district court litigation. The time limit for the length of the proceeding that is imposed by statute can make the ITC an attractive, cost-effective choice of forum for stopping importation of infringing product that adversely impacts domestic industry. We have successfully handled a variety of 337 proceedings in the ITC, on both the complainant and respondent sides, involving patents, as well as trademarks and copyrights (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) regarding a variety of products.
