Fitch Even Partner Danielle Muñoz Speaks at Lavender Law® Conference & Career Fair

Fitch Even partner Danielle K. Muñoz recently was a featured speaker at the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association and Foundation’s 2023 Lavender Law® Conference & Career Fair on the topic of “Recent Developments in Trademarks and Copyrights,” on July 26.
During the program, Dani discussed recent developments in the areas of trademark and copyright practice, including the Trademark Modernization Act and its impacts on trademark holders and applicants, and the Copyright Office’s new Claims Board.
Since its inception in 1988, Lavender Law® brings together LGBTQ+ and ally legal professionals. The Lavender Law® Conference & Career Fair is the largest LGBTQ+ legal conference in the country with over 2,000 attendees attending annually.
