Gray, Jr., will serve as a panelist during the Second Annual Intellectual Property Litigation Regional CLE Workshop, “Hot Topics in Intellectual Property Litigation,” on Friday, June 8, 2012. Two articles discussing damages theories in litigation written by Fitch Even partner Alison Aubry Richards were recently published in the News and Developments section of Technology for the Litigator, an ABA Section of Litigation newsletter. The first article, " Facebook Tests Damages Available to Redress Spam," discusses recent developments in Facebook, Inc. v. Power Ventures, Inc., and was published on May 1. The second article, published on May 9, is titled " Oracle Continues Pursuit of Novel Damages Theory," and covers the copyright dispute at the heart of Oracle Corp. v. SAP AG.( Read more . . .)
