Fitch Even partner Steven G. Parmelee will present a CLE program on “The New Federal Trade Secret Law” at a meeting of the Kootenai County Bar Association on December 19, 2016, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. During the program, Steve will discuss the general elements of trade secret law and will provide specific details regarding the Defend Trade Secrets Act, the federal civil remedy for trade secret misappropriation that was signed into law in May.
