The more inclusive and diverse we are, the more we can effectively accomplish on behalf of our clients and communities. Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee is tasked with developing and implementing programs that seek to ensure that all of our talent have equal prospects and feel included. We recognize that we must continuously strive to ensure our firm culture is one in which all members are respected, supported, and provided with opportunities to succeed.
Our ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive environment include regularly disseminating educational resources and scheduling internal events to recognize and celebrate historically marginalized groups. We invite all members of our firm to contribute to these efforts and actively participate in promoting and supporting the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion values.
We also offer periodic training opportunities and participate in the Mansfield Rule. Through the Mansfield Rule, we have improved the transparency of our internal policies, which ensures that everyone in the firm is aware of how pathways to leadership decisions are determined.
