Fitch Even partner Calista J. Mitchell recently was a featured panelist during two separate events, “Design Patents: A Panel Discussion.”
The first program was hosted by the Chicago Women in IP on October 9, followed by a webinar hosted by the Chicago Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Committee on October 15.
During the programs, Calista and the other panelists discussed the latest developments in patent law and recent decisions which impact the obviousness standard for design patent claims.
