Carrie has worked with clients in the chemical, electrochemical, information technology, automotive, and food science industries.
Mary F. Fetsco is an accomplished IP attorney with a primary focus in trademark and patent litigation. She has extensive experience in patent infringement litigation and defending luxury brands against counterfeiting, and is also well-versed in handling trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes, developing anti-cybersquatting litigation strategies, and drafting of effective DMCA takedown notices. Mary also excels in patent prosecution for software and electronic systems, with particular experience in the fields of aerospace and heavy machinery.
