We are pleased to welcome Ryan Richter and Regan Windau as our 2025 Summer Associates. Both Ryan and Regan are rising 3Ls at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
Following a career in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Mechanical Operator, including completion of the highly rigorous Naval Nuclear Power School, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Studies from Thomas Edison State University. Ryan is also a registered patent agent.
Regan holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biological Engineering, which is a multidisciplinary degree focusing on applications of mechanical and biological engineering to agricultural systems. Regan previously worked as a law clerk at a small Midwest IP firm, where she gained valuable patent prosecution experience in the mechanical, chemical, and electrical engineering spaces.
We are also pleased to welcome Lauren Gambino as our Summer Trademark Law Clerk. Lauren is a rising 3L at Chicago-Kent College of Law and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from St. Mary’s College. Prior to law school, Lauren worked as a trademark paralegal at Fitch Even, providing her with valuable hands-on experience in intellectual property law.
