Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery is pleased to announce that Elias P. Soupos recently joined the firm as a partner.
Elias’s practice encompasses the preparation and prosecution of utility and design patent applications; patent litigation and licensing; protection of trade secrets; patent reexamination; acquisition due diligence; and post‑grant proceedings under the America Invents Act. He also advises clients on patentability, validity, and infringement, providing strategic counseling and opinions across the full life cycle of innovation.
Before joining Fitch Even, Elias served as a shareholder at a Chicago IP firm and is an active member of the IP community, including service as one of IPLAC’s delegates to the U.S. Bar/EPO Liaison Council.
Elias is a graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly John Marshall).
