Lauren K. Gambino is a trademark attorney whose practice focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution, enforcement, and brand protection. She assists clients with trademark clearance and prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement matters. Lauren earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and History from Saint Mary’s College. Prior to and during law school, she worked at Fitch Even as a trademark paralegal and law clerk.
Jerry G. Tkach is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution. He assists clients in protecting innovations involving mechanical and manufacturing systems, medical and health devices, HVAC technologies, and materials science. He earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Regan E. Windau is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution. She works with clients across a range of industries, including mechanical engineering and manufacturing, food and agricultural technologies, environmental and clean technologies, medical devices, and consumer products. Regan earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and her B.S. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
