The webinar, also featuring Scott McKeown of Ropes & Gray, will discuss the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s Fintiv factors, which the PTAB uses to decide whether to decline instituting inter partes review under 35 U.S.C. § 314(a) based on parallel federal court litigation.
