An article written by Fitch Even partner Amanda Lowerre O’Donnell and associate Jacqueline L. Thompson is featured in the January/February 2021 issue of Landslide magazine, published by the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law.
In their article, “Toy Meets World: IP Strategies for the Toy Industry,” Amanda and Jackie discuss the industry-specific factors toy designers and their counsel should consider to create an effective IP strategy and better leverage their IP budget.
