Fitch Even partner Danielle K. Muñoz will serve as moderator for the CLE program “Breaking into IP & Entertainment Law,” presented by the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI) and Lawyers for the Creative Arts at the Instituto Cervantes on October 12. The panel will cover insights on getting started in the fields of intellectual property and entertainment law, and what it is like to have a career in these areas. After the panel discussion, a networking event will feature live music by local musician Joanna Connor.
For over 100 years, WBAI has been promoting the interests and welfare of women lawyers. WBAI hosts social, educational, and philanthropic events throughout the year.
The mission of the Lawyers for the Creative Arts (LCA) is to provide legal assistance to artists and art organizations finically unable to retain legal counsel. LCA provides services and educational programs to people and organizations in all areas of the arts.
