- Encouraging partners to join Mansfield career advancement opportunities—practice pitch sessions, Client Forums, and in-person networking and learning events—to build relationships with legal department leaders who value inclusivity;
- Showcasing our diverse teams of talent through initiatives like Counsel Spotlight, a platform now used by 80+ legal departments to find exceptional outside counsel; and
- Participating in monthly cross-firm learning sessions to share best practices and problem-solve challenges.
