Fitch Even was proud to be a sponsor of the 130th Annual Judges’ Dinner hosted by the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC) on November 5, at the Union League Club of Chicago. This long-running event is held each year in honor of the federal judiciary. This year’s keynote speaker and recipient of IPLAC’s Distinguished Judicial Service Award was the Honorable John F. Kness of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Fitch Even attorneys in attendance at the event included IPLAC Secretary Mary Fetsco, Mark Borsos, Calista Mitchell, Amanda O’Donnell, Christopher Paulson, Alisa Simmons, Kerianne Strachan, and Ethan Tibbs. Fitch Even hosted the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois at the firm’s table.
Founded in 1884, IPLAC is the oldest intellectual property law association in the United States. Fitch Even attorneys have been actively involved with IPLAC as leaders and members since its inaugural organizational meeting.
