Fitch Even Sponsors Annual UNCF Gala

Fitch Even was proud to be a sponsor of United Negro College Fund’s (UNCF) Annual National “A Mind Is…”® Gala on March 5 at The Westin DC Downtown in Washington, DC. This fundraising and social event focuses on raising awareness of the need and benefits of a college education, the students UNCF serves, and the contributions of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs).

Fitch Even attorneys in attendance at the event included Sherri Blount, Mark Borsos, and Kerianne Strachan along with Fitch Even Strategic Alliance Members Ted Wood, Deidre McAuley, and Amarachi Oparah from Wood IP LLC.

UNCF serves as the leading advocate for promoting minority education and community engagement in the U.S. Since its founding in 1944, UNCF has raised more than $5 billion to fund college scholarships for over 500,000 students and to support 37 HBCUs.
