On November 17, Fitch Even attorneys Joseph F. Marinelli and Thomas A. James presented a webinar on "Trade Secret Misappropriation: When and How to Take Action” to the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Corporate Practice Committee.
During this program, Joe and Tom discussed the factors to consider when bringing a trade secret action. They covered topics including pre-suit diligence and conduct, filing considerations related to jurisdiction and venue, available relief, and protecting trade secrets during litigation.
