On September 27, the Paralegal Committee of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC) will hold a webinar roundtable discussing "EP National Processing of European Patents." The program will take place at 12 noon CDT at the Chicago office of Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery LLP. CLE credit will be available for this program.

Dropbox, Inc., the Federal Circuit affirmed that certain of Synchronoss's claims were invalid for indefiniteness, since the claims included a means-plus-function claim term that did not have adequate structural support in the specification.
