Fitch Even partner Thomas F. Lebens was recently named president of the California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) Alumni Association Board of Directors. He will serve a two-year term ending on June 30, 2014. The Cal Poly Alumni Association currently has more than 150,000 members and 15 regional and special interest chapters.
Mr. Lebens focuses his IP law practice on the prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications, as well as matters involving IP and business strategy, licensing, and infringement issues. In addition to his patent practice, he currently manages West Coast operations for Fitch Even’s San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Luis Obispo offices.
