October 22, 2014
Fitch Even partner Alison Aubry Richards is proud to be a supporter of the Lawyers for the Creative Arts (LCA) Annual Benefit Luncheon, taking place on October 23, 2014, at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago. Proceeds from the event will benefit LCA, a pro bono organization dedicated to providing legal assistance to artists and arts organizations that are financially unable to retain legal counsel. Alison currently serves on the LCA Board of Directors.
This year’s benefit will honor three Chicagoans who have made a strong impact on Chicago’s music scene and beyond: Derrick Carter, pioneer DJ and producer, and Jim DeRogatis and Greg Kot, influential music critics and columnists and hosts of WBEZ’s Sound Opinions radio program.
Since its founding in 1972, LCA has enlisted more than 1,800 lawyers to provide assistance on a volunteer basis to over 2,000 financially eligible individuals and arts organizations. For more information on the annual benefit, please visit the LCA website.
