Fitch Even partner Joseph T. Nabor served as panelist at the CLE forum “IP Budget Best Practices,” presented by the Dennemeyer Group on April 13, 2016, in Chicago. Joe’s panel discussed “Budget Management of Internal Operations,” focusing on IP department operation decisions that can drive budgetary costs up in unexpected ways—and best practices in managing these costs.
Joe has extensive experience in domestic and international trademark prosecution and litigation. He has led Fitch Even's Trademark and Copyright practice group since 1989.

Dropbox, Inc., the Federal Circuit affirmed that certain of Synchronoss's claims were invalid for indefiniteness, since the claims included a means-plus-function claim term that did not have adequate structural support in the specification.
