On July 13, 2016, Fitch Even partner Steven G. Parmelee was the featured speaker at the monthly “Fireside Chat” presented by the Innovation Collective in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. During an interview conducted by Innovation Collective founder Nick Smoot, Steve shared the insights and experience he’s gained over nearly four decades of practicing patent law, in both private practice and in-house corporate settings. The evening concluded with Steve fielding questions from the audience of business professionals, entrepreneurs, and other innovators.
The mission of the Innovation Collective is to lead communities through the journey of becoming startup tech hubs, through teaching, mentoring, and networking. It serves technology entrepreneurs by providing over 50 free community events per year, a tech accelerator, co-working space, and the annual Think Big Festival.
