Fitch Even partner Thomas F. Lebens was recently elevated to Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Senior Member is the highest grade for which members of the IEEE can apply and requires at least 10 years of professional experience and 5 years of significant contributions and achievements in IEEE-designated fields. Only 9 percent of IEEE’s 428,000 members have attained this level.
